This Privacy Policy explains how the Countdown Widget (the “App”) handles information. The App is a simple, free, on-device countdown widget where you enter a target date/time. No personal data is collected, stored, shared, or sold by the App.
The App only uses what you enter (a date/time and optional label) to show a countdown on your device. This information is kept locally and is not transmitted to any server controlled by us or by third parties.
We do not collect or process personal data as defined under the GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA. Because no personal data is collected, there is no data controller for the App’s users and data subject rights (access, deletion, portability, etc.) are not applicable.
The App does not request device permissions (e.g., contacts, location, camera, photos).
The App can be used by individuals of any age. It does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13/16.
The App does not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, crash reporting, or other external SDKs.
Countdown entries remain only on your device until you delete the App or remove the entries in the App. We retain nothing on our servers because we do not collect anything.
Not applicable. No data is collected or transferred.
Because the App does not transmit data to us, there is no server-side storage. Protecting your device (e.g., with a passcode) helps keep your local data safe.
If you contact us about privacy rights (e.g., GDPR/CCPA), we will confirm that no personal data is collected or held by us in connection with the App.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the revised policy.
