This privacy policy defines the rules for processing and protecting personal data provided by users in connection with their use of the Land Registry application.
The purpose of this privacy policy (hereinafter: "Privacy Policy") is to explain how, when, and why the Land Registry application (hereinafter referred to as the "Application") collects information about individuals, how, for what purpose, and on what basis this personal data is subsequently processed, who processes it, and what rights individuals have regarding their personal data.
The Privacy Policy also explains our practices in using cookies and other technologies to store information on other people's devices and retrieve information from such devices. In the privacy policy section, we inform you about the conditions for collecting, processing, using, and protecting your personal data in connection with Users' use of the Application.
In terms of the cookie policy, we inform you about the conditions for storing information or gaining access to information already stored in your telecommunications devices.
When we use the words "we," "our," "us" or "Administrator," we mean Flippico Sp. z o.o. based in Gdańsk, address: ul. By "Users" we mean all natural persons who use the Application after registration in accordance with the Terms of Service.
When we refer to the Application, we mean:
a) software that is designed to generate product descriptions
By "software" we mean computer programs in any form, including local installations such as desktop and mobile applications, as well as software in the form of on-demand services, such as web and cloud applications.
Personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, while an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as name, identification number, location data, online identifier or one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. The Privacy Policy also lists technologies whose use involves data processing, such as browser memory handling, geolocation, pixel tags.
In order to achieve the overriding goal of respecting Users' privacy, we make every effort to maintain due diligence standards, and in particular the norms and principles resulting from generally applicable laws.
These are in particular:
1. Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter: "GDPR");
2. The Act of May 10, 2018, on personal data protection;
3. The Act of July 18, 2002, on providing services by electronic means;
4. The Act of July 16, 2004, Telecommunications Law.
Taking the above into account, we make every effort to ensure that personal data of Users is:
1. processed lawfully,
2. collected for specified purposes outlined in this document and in accordance with the law,
3. appropriately secured against unauthorized access, as well as against destruction, disclosure, and unlawful use,
4. not subject to further processing incompatible with these purposes,
5. factually correct and adequate in relation to the purposes for which they are processed,
6. stored in a form that permits identification of data subjects for no longer than is necessary to achieve the processing purpose.
The personal data we process is stored on external, secure, and professional servers in accordance with our agreements. These agreements take into account appropriate levels of data security.

The Application collects and receives various data, some of which may constitute personal data. The purposes of processing information and the legal bases for such processing vary and depend on the nature of the data.
If data is anonymous or unidentified, we may collect, use, disclose, and process it for any purpose. However, the processing of your personal data is limited solely to the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
Users' personal data is processed for the following purposes:
1. Account registration in the Application, to create an individual account and manage this account. Legal basis: necessity for the performance of a contract for the provision of Account service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
2. Placing orders in the Application, for the purpose of executing sales contracts. Legal basis: necessity for the performance of sales contracts (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR);
3. Newsletter subscription, for the purpose of performing a contract for services provided electronically. Legal basis - consent of the data subject to perform the Newsletter service contract (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR);
4. Using the Application's contact form service. Legal basis: necessity for the performance of a contract for the provision of contact form service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
When registering an account in the Application, the person wishing to register provides the following personal data:
1. email address;
2. address details: postal code and city; street with house/apartment number;
3. first and last name;
4. phone number.
For entrepreneurs, the above scope of data is additionally expanded to include:
1. company name;
2. tax identification number (NIP).
During account registration in the Application, the User independently sets an individual password for accessing their account. This can be changed at any time.
Users' personal data is transferred to service providers with whom we cooperate in operating the Application. Service providers to whom personal data is transferred, depending on contractual arrangements and circumstances, either follow our instructions regarding the purposes and methods of processing this data (processors) or independently determine the purposes and methods of their processing (controllers).
We use providers who process Users' personal data solely on our instructions. These include providers of hosting services, accounting services, entities providing marketing systems, Application traffic analysis systems, marketing campaign effectiveness analysis systems;
We use providers who do not act solely on our instructions and determine their own purposes and means of using your personal data. They provide electronic payment services and banking services.
Service providers are mainly based in Poland and other countries of the European Economic Area (EEA).
Right to withdraw consent - legal basis: Article 7(3) GDPR.
You have the right to withdraw any consent you have given us. Withdrawal of consent is effective from the moment of withdrawal.
Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that was carried out by us legally before its withdrawal.
Withdrawal of consent does not entail any negative consequences for you, however, it may make it impossible to continue using services or functionalities that we can legally provide only with your consent.
In the Application and during the provision of services to Users, we use technologies aimed at collecting and storing information, such as cookies.
This Privacy Policy explains how you can contact us with any related questions. By agreeing to the provisions of this Privacy Policy, you acknowledge that under the assumptions specified below, it is possible to distinguish you from other Users, which aims to provide each User with services at the highest level and appropriately tailored content.
We make every effort to ensure that the manner and methods of processing personal data and cookies are carried out with the highest standards. For this purpose, we have implemented a system of immediate response to situations threatening these standards.
